Janine is an Executive Coach with a breadth of cross-industry experience, she has extensive Business acumen, HR and People Management experience, and this she brings to all her coaching relationships. Since setting up her own Coaching practice in 2010, Janine has delivered in the region of 7,000 coaching hours across circa +750 coachees.
Throughout her 30 year career in business and coaching, Janine has experienced a number of common threads working with so many women in the workplace – she was keen to join our team of SheWins coaches and bring her experience to the panel by supporting and enabling the women who engage in our services, to deliver their strongest, most confident and best selves.
Janine says, ‘I believe that it is unconscious bias, limiting beliefs and conditioning that stops many women from reaching their true potential, I have seen so many women in business, shy away from a having a crucial conversation, accepting the status quo of a situation or feeling uncomfortable to challenge – at its core, strong negotiation and/or influencing is about being confident and clear about your message or ask, it’s about being self-aware and believing that you can and really embodying that belief.’
Since 2008, she has operated solely as an Executive Business Performance & Career Coach; she was Head of Career Transition for Harmonics before taking the decision to set up her own business. She has been working in Facebook since 2012 and retained between 2014–2018, she works with both start-ups and global orgs and has extensive experience working with coachees across all industries, all disciplines (i.e.; sales, finance, engineering etc) and at all levels.
Her coaching style is warm, confident, practical and results-oriented, she believes in and focuses on strengths and growth. Janine is highly skilled in crystallizing issues, creating personal awareness and enabling her clients to have a greater understanding of their impact & opportunities.
With her mix of commercial, creative and psychology background, she understands the challenges facing individuals in an ever changing, competitive and fast paced business landscape; she promotes personal responsibility and can-do attitude.
